“Al Majless” is a weekly poetry program held under the auspices of H.H Sheikh Ahmad Bin Mohammad Bin Rashed Al Makhtoum.

 

The Program hosts, profiles, and features the works of 4 poets (from around the Gulf) in each episode, with the aim of exploring the heritage and cultural differences between various part of the region. In addition, passages centered on shared regional icons such as horses, birds and camels are presented with a view to educate audiences.

 

The program also includes a contest segment, where viewers can answer quiz questions via SMS.
