Chef Oussama Al Sayed presents a daily live show “Maa Oussama Atyab” airing on Dubai TV, and specialized in cooking and related topics. Chef Oussama followed nutrition studies in Cornell University and has presented more than one thousand TV episodes on cooking, as well as 500 radio shows episodes. The show is distinguished by the fact that Chef Oussama handles different subjects on cooking using new methods, as well as hosting (live) a number of guests who want to learn how to prepare a specific dish or who face problems while cooking, turning the show accordingly into a cooking school in which Chef Oussama communicates directly with his audience. Chef Oussama also dedicates one day weekly for the international cuisine, during which he prepares the most delicious worldwide dishes unveiling their secrets and preparations.

On the first Thursday of each month, a child is hosted on his birthday, and Chef Oussama accordingly prepares the birthday cake that the star of the show prefers in a cheerful and entertaining environment. One open day is also dedicated to answer the audience’s questions and mail, resulting in a new way of dealing with cooking.
