Hosted by specialist psychologist Dr. Ahmad Abdel Aziz Al Najjar, the studio-based broadcasts are centered on live incoming telephone calls and viewers’ participation, as each episode focuses on a major issue / condition, and welcomes relevant guests who possess a strong desire to reach out and ask for help.

 

With an objective of exploring the unique conflicts and problems of every household in the Gulf, the program’s goal is to spread awareness for psychological issues and render solutions which will benefit all members of society.
